Maruti Suzuki Baleno RS 1.0 Preview
Maruti Suzuki has made the Baleno deal feistier by presenting this hatchback with a turbocharged petrol engine. Unreviled at the 2015 Geneva Motor Show, the 1-liter three-cylinder turbocharged motor initiated “BoosterJet” .
The Baleno RS with the 1-liter BoosterJet conveys an indistinguishable look from the current model which implies it uses Suzuki’s new liquid flow design to emphaize its outside. The front of the auto gets a V-formed grille and sweptback headlamps that helps us to remember the Swift. Engine and performance
The Baleno RS 1.0 engine produces better power and torque as compared to the naturally-aspirated 1.2-litre petrol engine. It is powered by an all-new 1.0-litre, 3-cylinder direct injection turbocharged petrol engine, which is capable of producing about 101 bhp of power at 5500 rpm and 150 Nm of torque at as low as 1700-4500. This engine is mated with a 5-speed manual transmission gearbox that distributes the torque output to the front wheels.The handeling is greatly improved than the consistent Baleno. There is a decent amount of torque ideal from the low end and the Baleno RS 1.0 potters around the city without much exertion. The power conveyance is exceptionally fresh and straight. The motor feels very refined and the NVH levels are well inside control. The ride quality is brilliant generally, as is the taking care of with tight body control and energy to push into corners. The suspension set-up is pleasant and the majority of the potholes, broken patches of street, and so on., are handled effortlessly. The auto stays planted dependably and keeps up balanced even at high speeds.
